Reporting to the Manager, Membership Operations, you will be responsible for the providing our members support as they undertake their studies through the CPA program. You manage cases from a specific group of members who required your support, guidance, and advice. You will provide an outstanding member experience and have a background in either education or membership

Your day-to-day duties:
Â
- Evaluate a membersâ progress by reviewing their academic history and professional experience, against CPA Australiaâs progression requirements and assessment criteria
- Provide tailored and specialised advice directly to members based on progression requirements and their academic history
- Case management of specific members groups, who will need a tailored message and/or an empathetic response to their situation
- Provision of timely, accurate and personalised advice to members with a focus ensuring understanding of the requirements of their membership
- Champion a culture of member service excellence and become an expert in progression advice
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain better member outcomes

About You:
- Experience within either an education or member-based environment
- Familiarity of education structures and processes
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Love working within a team and multiple stakholders
