Situated within the historic setting of The Goods Shed, Nolans offers a unique dining experience that combines tradition with modernity. Our grand opening is set for October 2023, and we're eager to build a team that shares our passion for excellence.
About the role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of Nolans. You will lead a passionate team, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities will include, FOH management duties, rostering, cost control, quality, compliance and training and development of our team members. In addition you will establish and embed a dynamic culture and a fun environment for our team and guests.
About you
We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering the ultimate experience to our team and guests. Equally you will be passionate about hospitality and have at least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual vibrant restaurant environment.
In addition, the successful applicant will need to have the following but not limited to:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Understanding of financials, reports & budgets,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of industry trends, food safety regulations, and financial principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Right to work in Australia
