About the Role
We are currently on the hunt for energetic and dedicated Gaming Attendants with exceptional customer service skills to join our fun and friendly team on a Permanent Part-time or Casual basis at our Mount Pritchard venue.
As a Gaming Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our front line and provide prompt and courteous service to all customers on the Gaming Floor.
About You
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry or within customer service environment
- A passion for a delivering excellent customer service
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
- A willingness to build long-term relationships with our customers
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
