About the Role
We are currently recruiting passionate & proactive all rounder Gaming/TAB/Food & Bev Attendants to join the friendly team at the Victoria Inn Hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining high level of customer service in Gaming, Tab and F&B areas. This role offers the opportunity to be trained into a supervisory level. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Gaming room, TAB and Keno terminals.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly can-do attitude
- Be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team
- Take pride in their personal presentation
- Be driven and show initiative
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts
- Have sound numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have current RSA, RSG certificates & Gaming Licence
The successful applicants will need to have an understanding of the hospitality industry and the hours associated with it, which may include day shift, afternoon shift & night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Availability to work a flexible roster is a must.
