This is an amazing opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Eureka Tavern. Eureka Tavern is a traditional local pub with great service, quality food and friendly locals.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code
What you'll need:
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
