Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking a passionate and caring hospitality professional to join The Sun Hotel's Leadership Team as our Gaming Manager. You will be assisting the Venue Manager to successfully operate the hotel's Gaming related operations in a hands-on role that combines both FOH and BOH duties.
Please note, previous experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day gaming operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of gaming staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays within our Hotel's operating hours.
