SalaryThe Newmarket Hotel in Inner North Brisbane is currently searching for a Night Gaming Manager.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Night Gaming Manager, you must have a current RSA and RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence. You will be responsible for the nightly operations of the gaming room with a focus on personalised customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets our high expectations of customer Service and product presentation, whilst also being responsible for devising and implementing ongoing promotional programs.
This role has a base fortnightly rotating roster with weekends off. Please note, from time to time there may be a need for an occasional change to the roster due to operational requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Follow hotel policies and procedures.
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of current gaming legislation, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Lead and manage, motivate and work well within a team environment.
- Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff.
