Odyssey Gaming, a dynamic force within the Hospitality Gaming Sector, is seeking a passionate Product Manager to spearhead our business intelligence and harm minimisation solutions for the gaming industry. As the architect of our product vision for this portfolio, you’ll craft the strategy and roadmap that propels us forward in a competitive market.
Here's what you'll do:
- Be the voice of the customer: Advocate for their needs, translating them into products that deliver real value and drive commercial success.
- Be a strategic thinker: Craft compelling product roadmaps and value propositions that distinguish us from the competition.
- Lead with data: Analyse product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that maximise business value.
- Mentor and inspire: Guide and develop a Product Owner, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in the B2B space, ideally in data & analytics
- A deep understanding of AWS cloud-based platforms and commercialising data products
- Exceptional product strategy and roadmap development skills
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions
- Impeccable communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence stakeholders
- A blend of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Experience with Quicksight and machine learning as a bonus but not essential
