Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for a new Garage Door installer to join our team!
Tom Moore & Son Southern Tas are an established leading Garage Door company based in Kingston, the only B&D accredited dealer based in Southern Tasmania.
The Role
This position will involve installation of all types of doors including roller doors, sectional doors, shutters and motors, along with servicing & repairing existing doors. Experience would be preferred but is not essential. If no experience is held, this position would be suited to someone with a construction background or trade experience.
This is a hands on role. You will be required to solve problems and think on your feet. You must be independent and be able to work within a team environment. You must be friendly and your customer service skills are of a high quality as you are the face the customer sees in the business.
Essential Requirements
- Manual Drivers licence
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- White Card
Preferred Skills, but not essential
- Welding certificates
- Scissorlift/Elevated Work Platform Licence
- Forklift Licence
