Your Responsibilities:
- Design and Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budgets. Create detailed garden designs, incorporating elements such as plant selection, layout, hardscaping, and sustainability.
- Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their garden projects.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest horticulture and garden design trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to your work.
Requirements:
- Horticulturally qualified (certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in garden design or landscape architecture).
- Strong design skills with proficiency in design software.
- Excellent plant knowledge and a keen understanding of horticultural principles and practices.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships.
- Proven experience in garden design and working within budget constraints.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings, especially during peak seasons.
