This leading and well respected cremation, burial and memorial provider is one of the largest in South Australia. Due to growth in their ongoing work, there is a new opportunity for a groundsperson to join the large and diversified Operations team.
Your new role
The Operations team plays a crucial role in the delivery of all services within the grounds. As a key member of the team, you will find your day is diversified as you are tasked with a range of responsibilities from garden and buildings maintenance to cemetery operations associated with graves and crematorium functions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in horticulture, irrigation, paving, general labour duties or facilities maintenance. Candidates that hold an MR Drivers License along with any of the following Forklift, FE Loader or Skid Steer license would be highly desirable.
Key to this role is your ability to work as part of a strong team and maintain an extremely high level of customer service. This can be a challenging environment, but you will be rewarded with a modern workplace and a team that is stable, hardworking and extremely supportive.
What you'll get in return
This role may suit a candidate that has completed certificates and training in horticulture and is looking to put that training into practice. In return for your reliability, you will receive an excellent hourly rate, opportunities for training and development and a guaranteed 38 hour week working Monday to Friday.
