About the role
The core purpose of this role will be to review service works job outcomes and create quotations for rectification. Working as part of our Gas Compliance Team, you will also collaborate across the Further Works, Service Works, and other departments to provide information relating to quotations as well as contribute towards to continuous improvement initiatives.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Reviewing service sheets and job reports to provide quotations
- Occasional logistical support for Gas Fitters (e.g. ad hoc ordering materials/appliances or technical support)
- Occasional liaising with suppliers and supplementary trades e.g. asbestos removal, electrical installation
- Continual pricing review and implementation
What you’ll bring to the role
- In-field experience in appliance installation and domestic gas rectification works
- 1 + years of industry experience in an estimating or head-office technical support role is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in estimating gas jobs and an attention to detail with pricing (preferred)
