Roles & Responsibilities
1. 1. Responsiblefor the execution of the administrative systems required to support the GulkulaBusiness Units.
2. 2. Ensuring that the systems for maintaining anddisplaying information and records relating to HSE for the site are maintainedin accordance with both internal procedures and statutory requirements.
3. 3. Supporting the ongoing review of Gulkula’sexisting administration systems and providing recommendations for improvementif required.
4. 4. Updatingand storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for otheremployees.
5. 5. Preparingreports, memos, and other business documents.
6. 6. Bookingand coordinating FIFO employees travel arrangements and rosters.
7. 7. Issuinginvoices and following up on outstanding payments.
8. 8. Performingdata entry tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 1. Qualificationsin business administration or a related discipline.
2. 2. 2+ yearsworking in an administrative role.
3. 3. Demonstrated experience working with culturallyand linguistically diverse Indigenous Australians.
4. 4. Experience working 10+ hour shifts in remoteareas within Australia.
5. 5. Experienceusing softwares such as Skytrust, MEX, and HSE management systems.
Accommodation: The role is residential. Site-basedliving quarters will be provided.

- Expected salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
