Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
- Maintain organized and efficient office systems.
- Prepare routine reports to support business operations.
- Data entry into database and client management system.
- Scanning, printing, filing, and photocopying.
- Stocktaking and ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Undertaking accounts payable and receivable administration.
- Record the issuance of equipment to staff and maintain accurate records.
- Mail management of physical and e-mail including letters of referral and correspondence from clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to care recipients and their families.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
Skills and experience required:
We are looking for a candidate who has a happy demeanor and a positive 'can do' attitude, and who is an enthusiastic and energetic team player. You will be likable, personable, and an energy creator. You need to have basic computer skills and good verbal and written communication. The role will also require you to be reliable, and proactive, and can effectively prioritize your workload.
