Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
- Maintain organized and efficient office systems.
- Prepare routine reports to support business operations.
- Data entry into database and client management system.
- Scanning, printing, filing, and photocopying.
- Stocktaking and ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Undertaking accounts payable and receivable administration.
- Record the issuance of equipment to staff and maintain accurate records.
- Mail management of physical and e-mail including letters of referral and correspondence from clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to care recipients and their families.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
Skills and experience required:
