Mechanic:
Job Responsibilities:
• Building and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirements
• Inspecting machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
• Conducting repairs aiming for maximum reliability
Job Description:
• Inspect vehicle engines
• Inspect mechanical and electrical components
• Diagnose issues timely and accurately
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems
• Conduct regular maintenance work such as replacing fluids, lubricating parts
• Schedule future maintenance sessions
• Advise motorists on good vehicle use

• Build relationships with clients
• Act as an advisor and give useful advice for car maintenance

Skills and experience required:
1. Hold a recognized trade qualification as a motor mechanic
2. 3+ years relevant experience

5. Current Australian driver’s license.

Job Description:
• Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying and filing information

Project Administrator:
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. Managing schedules, arrange regular on-site meetings and communicate progress to all team members. Responsibilities include preparing action plans, analysing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources. Rebecca works with a team of Project Managers and contracts administrator, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Ultimately, the Project Administrator ensures our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Job Description:
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. meeting with client and team on site to ensure project running smoothly and advise if any changes are required)
• Conduct risk analyses (e.g. conducting a risk analyses on site and ensuring the team are set up as per AS 1742.3 2019)
• Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals (e.g. reviewing a contract and ensuring timeframes are adhered to. For example, allowing enough time when scheduling staff to set up signs up devices)
• Create and update workflows
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Order resources, signs, and equipment / delineation
• Track expenses and predict future costs
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Measure and report on project performance
