CHILAX Body Therapy provides therapeutic massage services which is located in Darwin CBD. We are currently looking for a General Clerk to join our amazing team.
Job Title: General Clerk
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
To be a successful candidate you will need:
- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in customer service roles are highly regarded
- Excellent telephone manner, with good verbal and written communication skills and an attention to detail
- Good computer literacy skills
- Adhere to all company policies, and proactively contribute in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Receive enquiries from the public either in person or by telephone
- Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information; and creating and producing routine reports.
- Perform receptionist duties when required
- Scanning and emailing documents
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Complete computerised bookings, transcribing information onto computers, proof reading and correcting document copies
- Provide customers with information about services
- Process customers' payments when required
- Undertake other duties as directed by senior staff
- Participate in team goals by consistently delivering great customer service
Clinic based role with full time hours. Salary will depend on your skills and experiences.
