THE ROLE
Our client is on the hunt for an experienced and driven Senior MIT to take on Senior General, CT and or MRI Radiography duties in the ACT's reputable public health service.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Radiographer, this is a clinical role with a wide scope of responsibility; you will provide support to junior staff as well as deliver radiography services across the modality you specialise in whether it be General/Theatre, CT and or MRI.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Radiation Science (Radiography) or equivalent.
- ACT Radiation License, or eligibility to acquire.
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience (desirable).
- Ability to work well in a team environment of both technical and clerical staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong patient focus.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform weekend work and a rotating roster.
