Key responsibilities of this interesting role include:
• Assist in organizing documents and support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Bookkeeping tasks to assist in closing EOM
• Help organize bank statements
• Review employee claims
• Assist with year-end audits
• Other routine work arranged by the General Finance Department
About you:
• Must be studying or have a degree in accounting or finance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Sufficient Excel skills and capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite
• Proven track record of learning new skills and learning to use software effectively

• AP, AR and billing process
• Handle entry and reconciliation between inter-company parties, including regular correspondence with the international accounting team
