Position - General Foreman
Project - $50 Million National Rugby League Club Project
Location - Kellyville, Sydney
Our client is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join a recently started project and work alongside an experienced Senior Site Manager on a new National Rugby Leagues Club. The Opportunity:
As a General Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in our client's upcoming high-profile project. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, your primary objective is to manage onsite operations while ensuring profitability efficiently and safely. If you have the experience, drive, and passion for excellence, our client is offering a competitive total package of $180,000 with potential for more for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will include:

• Delegating tasks and ensuring site establishment.
• Managing the project's quality, WHS, and environmental plans.
• Supervising and coordinating site operations, including labour, and subcontractors.
• Overseeing construction activities on-site.
• Building and maintaining client and consultant relationships.
• Managing site operations within the project's time and financial constraints.
• Ordering, receiving, and overseeing materials according to project needs.
• Inspecting and ensuring construction quality.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor WHS, environmental, and quality systems.
• Ensuring the project meets specified quality requirements.
• Managing industrial relations, statutory compliance, and WHS on-site.
• Maintaining site amenities and document control systems.
• Attending and recording site meetings as required.
• Maintaining site records and managing program updates.
• Coordinating procurement and change control procedures.

Qualifications/ Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Have relevant experience working in Tier 1 and 2 commercial construction space.
• Exceptional experience across all trades - structures, finishes, façade, and services.
• Proven experience in construction management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
