The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities and providing support to various departments within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of company facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement procedures for the efficient operation of facilities.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of facility-related expenses and budgets.
- Assist in space planning and office layout changes as needed.
- Coordinate moves, furniture installations, and equipment setups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facility management or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
