They seek a dynamic General Manager to lead the business forward. The successful candidate will have genuine autonomy, making key strategic decisions while receiving support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to optimise productivity and drive business growth.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and train employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Financial Management: Develop and maintain budgetary plans, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative changes to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive business success.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven managerial experience with strong decision-making ability. Applications will also be considered from candidates ready to step into a management and leadership position.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Financial acumen with demonstrated capability in developing and achieving financial plans.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams, holding them accountable for performance.
- Strong understanding of operational procedures and process improvements.
- Previous experience in the metal fabrication industry or related industries.
- Experience with TEKLA-based programmes and automated systems is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field desirable but not essential
