We are in search for an experienced General Manager from the residential building industry to lead the growth and market positioning across the medium density sector.
You will need to be an inclusive leader with a track record of leading growth and organisational change, your broad role will have an all-encompassing responsibility to inspire, scale, lead and continue to be a trusted advisor to the Director, to see this respected market leader continue its growth strategy to new heights.
The successful incumbent will must also have demonstrated experience working in a business that demands a hands-on approach in leading and delivering its mandate:

- Develop and drive the company’s strategy with full transparency and accountability across the leadership team.

- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performance culture.

- Be the ambassador for the business across its industry and external stakeholders.
Your background:
- 15+ years’ experience as a General Manager or Senior Leader in residential building or medium density property development sectors, this is a PREREQUISITE!
- Commercial acumen and strong experience in profitability analysis and budgeting.
- Proven experience leading strategic projects and organisational change.
- Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the business, with a focus on developing high performing teams.
- Diplomatic approach with a high EQ without compromising outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Keen sense of urgency, adaptability, and accountability to strive for excellence in any situation.
- Flexibility and strong resilience.
