Ansarada is searching for a General Manager to lead and expand our Infrastructure Procurement/tender software business, https://www.ansarada.com/features/procure together with driving strategy around the globe. The position is based in Sydney, Australia, and is focused on global revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Driving top-line revenue growth by leading all aspects of the commercial sales organisation, including but not limited to recruiting, creating training programs, coaching, performance management, compensation, territory planning and development of commercial strategy.
- Leading a team of Business Development Directors and Account Executives across ANZ, EMEA, and AMER, focused on acquiring new business from existing and new markets.
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem and competitor landscape.
- Actively contributing to and owning the sales plan creation, compensation structures and customer segmentation.
- Ensuring sales quotas are achieved by “leading from the front” and driving Ansarada’s sales methodology while fostering an environment of cross-functional teamwork, transparency, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and raise our sales operations efforts, including the meticulous maintenance and enforcement of our CRM (Salesforce) and Business Insights systems, to oversee and report key sales and sales activity metrics with confidence.
- Preparing monthly board reports with metrics, and weekly check-ins with the CRO.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with high-value and top-tier customers.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders within an organisation, including management teams, suppliers, vendors, and other outside partners.
- Regular travel to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs and provide support to your team as required.
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work with Product and engineering to improve product features and validate with customers.
- Serving as a liaison between Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Sales within our organisation to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Analyse customer and prospect data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
- Working global hours with all regions.
- Min 5 + years of experience managing go-to-market teams.
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast-paced and technical client acquisition driven business.
- Strong SaaS Enterprise Sales Leadership or Corporate Management experience.
- Ability to create and foster executive level relationships with key accounts.
- Ability to operate and inspire sales teams to achieve results in a fast-paced in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Previous experience monitoring revenue and/or operational performance with success in the sales field.
- Previous responsibility for P&L and operations of revenue business including forecasting, budgeting and analysing financial data, sales performance and marketplace trends. This experience can include a variety of roles, including marketing, sales, operations, finance, and business development.
- Ability to share strategy and create operational plans to measure and achieve strategic success.
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision making.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation and across departments and regions; both internally and externally.
