The Role
As General Manager, you will be at the helm of North Bondi Fish and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue.
Being a motivational people leader, who loves creating an authentic experience for their patrons & staff, this is an opportunity for you to pass on your knowledge & passion for hospitality to our well established team.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, partnering with marketing on new promotions, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time.
Experience working as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in some of Sydney’s best restaurants or venues will have you hit the ground running and give you the leadership skills & experience you need to drive one of Sydney’s most iconic restaurants.
