Owned by Matt Moran and Bruce Solomon and with Chef Steve Jacomos at the helm of the kitchen, our menu showcases some of Sydney’s best ocean to plate seafood.  Our menu includes everything from fresh sashimi, succulent whole fish, our famous fish tacos, tasty seasonal sides and mouthwatering desserts.  
 
Coupled with smooth party tunes mixed by some of Sydney’s best DJ’s and the sea breeze flowing throughout the venue, it’s the perfect place for patrons to sip delicious cocktails whilst sitting front row of one of the Australia’s most iconic beaches. 

The Role 

As General Manager, you will be at the helm of North Bondi Fish and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue.    
   
Being a motivational people leader, who loves creating an authentic experience for their patrons & staff, this is an opportunity for you to pass on your knowledge & passion for hospitality to our well established team.   
   
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, partnering with marketing on new promotions, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time.  
 
Experience working as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in some of Sydney’s best restaurants or venues will have you hit the ground running and give you the leadership skills & experience you need to drive one of Sydney’s most iconic restaurants.  This is your chance to come evolve with us and excel your management career.
