Weir Minerals are seeking a hands on, dynamic, results-driven sales leader with a visionary mindset and unwavering resilience for an influential leadership role, based in Perth. This person will drive exponential growth and surpass targets for our comminution product range across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
This is a rare opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing sales team and processes to ensure the successful attainment of sales budgets and forecasts in a growing and strategic part of the Weir Mineral business. Due to the nature of the role, regular domestic and international travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Balance personal sales targets while leading the sales team to achieve the overalls sales objectives.
Foster collaboration across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction, project execution, and employee engagement.
Support business strategies and execute sales strategies and budgets, including sales input, gross margins, and selling expenses.
Execute strategies for expanding the number and breadth of the key account base.
Lead and motivate a professional sales team by consistently demonstrating a commitment to the Weir way of leadership.
Interpret short and long-term effect of sales strategies and track competitor's activities to assist with developing strategies to combat.
Provide leadership in new business development, product development and customer service.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Extensive industry experience in and knowledge of the minerals processing and/or sand and aggregate markets.
Proven technical sales management capabilities, ideally with comminution products.
Strong abilities in identification of opportunities, formulation of strategies and driving for achievement of results.
