Reporting to the Managing Director’s nominated delegate, this role plays an integral part in the proactive planning, organisation and delivery of the Disability and Employment Services – Workforce Australia (D&ES) Service Stream. You will enjoy taking accountability for personal and professional growth across Key Result Areas (KRAs), not limited to:
- Maximising in-person staff, management and executive connections;
- Motivating and inspiring staff retention and professional development;
- Exceeding Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), QA, Risk and Financial Targets;
- Developing Organisational Development capacity of the D&ES Leadership Group; and
- Growing FSA’s multi-disciplinary presence in Regions and States of Australia.

- Graduate degree in business, social work, psychology and/or human resource management preferred, with equivalent management experience considered;
- Minimum (10) years direct experience in Employment Services including leadership roles with exposure to community development. Able to show evidence of delivering outstanding Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) and cultural environments with minimal attrition, industrial and workplace relations escalation;
- An advanced knowledge of Disability and Employment Services, particularly Workforce Australia, and/or equivalent services including accurate forecasting, financial reporting and analysis and the consistent achievement of growth budgets;
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, HR management, benefits administration, performance management, communications, employment law, remuneration and nominations planning (Past evidence of leading effectiveness in change management);
- Deep experience in delivering performance management results, KPIs, strategic plans, with past examples of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and reporting improvements;
- Advanced Innovation skills not limited to Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365, Project Management, Visio and HRM systems, show examples;
- Excellent prioritisation, time and project management ability with a strong psychological resilience, capacity and calmness when operating in dynamic care environments;
- Ability to drive leadership to coordinate and promote a multi-disciplined therapeutic practice environmentwith high Standards of Care, Quality Assurance and Risk Management;
- Outstanding emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills to aid staff and management capacity building in challenging growth operating environments; and
- Working with Children Check compliance, AFP clearance and a current unrestricted driver's licence with lots of sites to regularly cover.
