The Opportunity
The General Manager Enterprise & Business Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in developing and implementing risk and compliance frameworks. Reporting into the Chief Business Transformation & Strategy Officer and leading a team of four, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Business Assurance Function within an innovative provider.
- Leveraging experience in risk and compliance management.
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally and collaborating effectively across the organisation.
- Monitoring and analysing trends and ingraining them within the organisation to improve efficiencies whilst ensuring best practice is maintained.
About You
For this appointment New Horizons are seeking an established leader with a track record of managing all business related risks. In addition, the successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience within risk management in Human Services.
- An analytical mindset and a strong willingness to be creative in problem-solving.
- Demonstrated understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have an understanding of the NDIS however this is not essential.
