The company’s success is underpinned by advanced irrigation techniques, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.The Role:As the pivotal liaison between the company owner/directors and farm managers, this role demands a rare combination of agricultural insight, operational prowess, and agronomic expertise. You will play a crucial role in shaping the cropping and horticulture strategies, recommending capital and operational investments to foster a profitable, sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:
- Champion operational excellence, empowering farm managers to optimize performance and personnel management.
- Innovate and standardize best practices in operations and maintenance across the hubs.
- Collaborate on regional and farm-specific plans, ensuring precision in agronomic programs and regular progress reports.
- Oversee regional harvests with meticulous planning and execution.
