About the role
As Director, General Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Account Director and will be responsible in driving revenue growth through management appointments, leasing revenue and project/consulting fees using strategic development mindset and challenging "the-norm".
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively initiate and contribute to positive client relationships for the clients of existing Industrial Portfolio.
- Working with existing and prospective clients, cross-sell other company business lines to deliver value add services.
- Drive forward company's market position as a leader in the industrial sector and Property & Asset Management more broadly.
- Ensure you and your staff provide your clients with the best possible level of service, including expert and informed advice, quality and regular communications.
- Assisting staff where they need development and coaching them to develop into independently capable and productive operatives.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will ll need to demonstrate a commitment to client service, foster positive client relationships, and continuously improve property management services. Additionally, you should be able to respond promptly and as promised to client and peer requests, along with having the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
