As the General Manager I Client Experience you will report to the CEO and be a key member of theExecutive Team.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and growing service provision within the Human Services sector.
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment that celebrates all.
- In-depth understanding of relevant legislation (NDIS, Fair Work Act) and best practices..
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to ensure sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
- Proven experience in a senior management role (e.g., General Manager, Executive Director, Operations Manager) with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience in the NFP service sector such as disability, community services, health, or education.
