We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead and manage the operations of the Law Firm. Reporting to the Managing Principal the GM will be responsible for meeting performance targets across the Law Firm, as set by the owners.

The Role
The GM is responsible for meeting firm wide performance targets, as set by the owners and communicated through the Managing Principal. He or she will lead the administrative team as well as supporting and holding accountable the Head’s of Department to ensure individual department performance.
The GM position is first and foremost an internally focused role and is responsible for providing regular, detailed reporting on all key areas of performance of both the firm and departments, to the firm owners. They will advise and recommend strategies to achieve the short, medium and long term goals of the firm.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the owners to provide timely and accurate information required to make strategic decisions
- Collaborating with the Managing Principal and management team to develop and implement initiatives to achieve the strategic goals and objectives
- Managing the finance team and oversee the final cashflow and performance budgets
- Being a role model for effective, collaborative and positive leadership; that is inclusive, ethical and future-orientated
- Working with and holding accountable, Head’s of Department to ensure departmental performance
