Fast-paced, progressive business requires your help. Our team is looking for someone to take on the role of a GM, managing our operations and implementing strategies to help us grow to the and next level.
This role is primarily office based, however with some work from home, or remote based flexible available. Initial training and regular meetings will need to be undertaken at our office with some travel to visit our dealer network.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations
- Work under the managing director to implement the strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Manage staff performance and development
- Strong focus on sales and marketing managment
- Create and maintain budgets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Report to the Managing Director on the company's performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

We need someone who has:
- Has a passion for business and personal growth
- Preferred Bachelor's or post-grad degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Sales or marketing experience or background preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a general management role and 5 years experience in a wholesale products business
- Proven track record of success in achieving business goals
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Other skills or any weird or wonderful skill you may have would be an advantage
