About the role
WorkSafe is looking for Learning and Development professional with a proven track record of outstanding leadership competencies, business improvement initiatives, extensive experience and understanding of regulatory frameworks, and an ability to promote personal integrity and inspire a sense of purpose and direction across multi-disciplinary teams.
We are seeking someone with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality regulatory learning and support services, who navigates complexity with a strong people centric change leadership compass, and consults and engages well across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Reporting to the Executive Director Regulatory Support, the role is critical to successful strategic and operational planning to implement the Department’s objectives and Business needs, including the preparation and delivery of Business Work Plans.
Drawing on significant previous experience, the role oversees the development of a range of internal communication and promotional strategies and systems development to support the activities of the Division. The position plays a pivitol role in the overall success of the WorkSafe team, by leading the development and delivery of technical and legislative compliance training services for the Worksafe Group.

Where will you work?
This position is located in , offering an excellent opportunity to escape the city and enjoy the benefits of this location. Situated near a shopping centre with various food and entertainment options, you can enjoy the convenience and amenities available nearby.
Commuting to the office is made easy with excellent accessibility via public transport. However, please note that the Armadale/Thornlie line will be closed for 18 months from late 2023 and replacement bus services are planned.
