Due to an exciting growth agenda, there is a newly scoped role for a General Manager to join the business and oversee the Operations, L&D and Marketing functions for the brand. Reporting to the CEO and Group Operations Manager of Signature Hospitality Group, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Marketing functions across the brand. This role demands strategic leadership, resource management, and a keen focus on achieving company objectives. The General Manager will collaborate closely with departments, stakeholders, and senior management to drive business growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide strong leadership to the senior management team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting brand engagement, development, and retention.
- Identify business growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate for this will have a strong operations background with exposure to both the franchise and hospitality industries. A collaborative and passionate people leader with strong commercial and strategic acumen, coupled with a drive for results, this person will have a track record of successful business growth. A love of sports and the hospitality space is vital for this role as is a passion for developing exceptional franchise and cross functional relationships to drive outstanding business results and consumer experiences!
