The Bavarian Coomera is looking for an experienced General Manager to join the Pacific Concepts leadership team and oversee the successful operation of the restaurant.

We are looking for a candidate who aligns with our work ethic and passion for guest experience.

Supported by the Brand Director, you will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating a flawless dining atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a driven team. 

Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of operational management, team leadership, guest journey experience, financial management and business acumen within the hospitality industry.
 
They will possess: 

• Previous experience in a Senior Restaurant Manager role within a casual dining environment
• An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
• A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
• Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
• A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
