Position:
The Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Staff Management and will bring exceptional leadership, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build a thriving Studio with an active, engaged and sustained member base, and increasing member numbers
- Lead the staff team with enthusiasm and dedication to ensure a high performance culture
- Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and Networking, B2B Partnerships and Referral Programs
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into an ‘Intro Stretch’ and oversee post stretch sales processes
- Ensure ongoing membership retention and growth through creatively engaging members ‘beyond the stretch’
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Day to day studio management including staff management and scheduling, studio upkeep, 5 star member experience
- Independently make decisions to ensure the success of the studio
- Actively build and nurture positive relationships within the Black Rock community
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of fitness sales and studio management experience either in a lead or 2IC role
- Confident in generating personal sales and training other staff in sales
- Exceptional ability to convert leads to members
- Ability to work independently and uphold a high level of personal accountability and integrity
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to guide, support and mentor a staff team and serve as an exceptional role model for a 5 star studio
- Able to nurture relationships and handle difficult conversations with grace
- Excellent ability to work with and train staff in studio management software- StretchLab uses ClubReady

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $85,000 plus membership growth bonuses
