To be considered for this opportunity your skills and expertise will include:
- Division 1 Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Current Immunisation Certificate (or working towards)
- Practical experience in quality management, particularly in a General Practice setting desirable.
- Interest in Chronic Disease Management desirable
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- A positive approach to your work life, continually striving to contribute to growth and development making GPC a provider of choice
- Recent clinical treatment room experience desirable.
- IT skills are essential
