Highlands General Practice is an innovative & progressive general practice with sites at Bowral and Moss Vale. We currently have a part time (3 days p/w) Medical Receptionist position available.
Our fantastic reception team are the face of Highlands General Practice and are responsible for providing excellent service and support to our patients, doctors, nurses and management team.
Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointments, processing payments and correspondence. You will also provide admin support to our doctors and nursing team, plus liaise with external healthcare providers and government agencies.
Previous customer service experience, the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and excellent communication skills are essential.
Enthusiasm, problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong computer literacy are also vital.
Previous experience in a medical/health environment is an advantage but not essential.
