Are you open to exploring a role as a General Practice pharmacist? The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) invites expressions of interest from experienced pharmacists to participate in a program that integrates pharmacists into General Practices. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your role will contribute to enhancing the well-being of older adults in the community and those living with heart failure.
The position requires a degree of independence alongside the ability to work collaboratively with the GP team, while also being supported by the PSA.
PSA is currently seeking pharmacists available to work in Albany, Broome or Kununurra. If, however, you can work in other locations across Western Australia, we encourage you to apply, specifying your preferred areas in your cover letter.
The positions may be part-time or full-time and will be dependent on the needs of the practice.
Join us in making a positive impact on healthcare delivery within GP settings!
