Your role is key in enabling everyday deliveries for customers and being on the front line of fulfilling Amazon’s customer promise.What we’re are looking forWe are searching for an IT Admin & Support person for a short term contract within one of Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers in preparation for the busy period to assist the team with the following.

• Responding to customers via Tickets, Radio and Walk Ups

• General Hardware maintenance/troubleshooting including laptops, scanners, printers and AV Equipment
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Assisting with local technical projects.
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
• Network support and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems

• Administration in a variety of software and hardware environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
• IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, IOS and Android.
• Knowledge of Amazon Processes and Operational procedures.
