Job Description:
As a Female Disability Support Worker specializing in children with complex needs, you will play a crucial role in the well-being and development of our young clients. This challenging yet rewarding position requires a compassionate and skilled individual who is adept at providing support in various areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Complex Feeding: Assist with feeding strategies for children with complex dietary needs, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
2. Manual Handling: Proficient in safe and effective manual handling techniques to provide assistance in lifting, transferring, and positioning children with mobility challenges.
3. Constant Supervision: Maintain vigilant oversight to always ensure the safety and well-being of children, adapting supervision strategies based on individual requirements.
4. Use of Support Equipment: Competently operate and manage various support equipment necessary for the care of children with complex needs.
5. Domestic Care: Help with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene routines, and creating a clean and comfortable environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Any proof of Valid Rights (AU Passport, AU Birth Certificate, AU Citizenship, VISA or VEVO Check)
2. Driver's License
3. NDIS Screening Check (Paid)
4. with Children's check or QLD Blue card (Paid)
5. Covid x 2 (not mandatory)
6. Cert 3 or Paid Experience
7. Updated First aid and CPR Certificates
