Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC) is an industry led training partnership that incorporates five Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
PICAC operates as a Centre of Excellence for the delivery of high-quality training and professional development for the plumbing, fire protection and mechanical services Industries across Australia.
We are actively recruiting for a Governance Specialist at our Brunswick site to support the facilitation of PICAC Group Board and Board-Committee meetings. This role will report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with the Senior Management team and external stakeholders.
Some Key Responsibilities will include:
- Governance and Risk Management including Constitution obligations and Reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange execution of Board related documentation
- Review and administer the PICAC Risk Framework and Register
- Prepare ongoing Statutory reporting for Board AGMs, annual reporting and to ASIC and ACNC
- Ongoing compliance management of Director information
- Creation, compilation and distribution of key Board meeting documents
Relevant Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working with Boards
- Experience working as a Board Administrator, Company Secretary or Legal Secretary
- Degree or under-graduate qualification in legal or business-related disciplines
- Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (highly regarded)
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain
This role is based full-time from our Brunswick Office, with some flexibility to work from home upon successful completion of your probation period. We are open to part-time applications as well.
