GPcare Support Officer – 0.6FTE (includes Tuesday/Wednesday some Saturday mornings and evening shifts)
About you
- A talented and high performing individual who is able to maintain composure and professionalism during busy periods.
- Possesses excellent phone manner and the ability to quickly develop relationships.
- Ability to work well independently and to operate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using medical practice software is highly regarded by not essential.
- The ability to relieve staff during annual and personal leave.
- Outstanding organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail

About the role
This diverse role includes:
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all patients and practitioners, both in person and over the phone.
- Providing full reception duties including the booking of appointments, maintaining our patient database and processing billing.
- General administration duties such as fax, email and scanning of documents.
