About the Role
We are seeking a recent business, accounting or commerce graduate with an accounting or finance major for a customer service role within our Accounts team.
The successful graduate will provide exceptional service to our clients as they attend to the accurate preparation of documentation required for Personal Insolvency to fully comply with DCS Group's standards and relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities for the successful graduate candidate will be:
- Processing Personal Insolvency data for our clients
- Attending to inbound and outbound calls from clients, creditors and the regulator
- Responding promptly to a range of enquiries from clients who are going through the insolvency process until completion of their agreement
- Learning and continually developing their understanding of the technical and legal aspects of Personal Insolvency
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other key contacts/service providers.

- Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance gained in the last three years with a min GPA of 5.
- Previous experience in a customer service / phone based role would be a definite advantage.
