This role reports directly to the Corporate Director.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In your role as a Graduate Architect, you will apply your architectural knowledge to guide the design and construction phases, ensuring adherence to regulations and achieving high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with a team of professionals, overseeing the entire architectural process from conceptualization to the successful conclusion of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Producing Architectural drawings in Revit Models and AutoCAD, including Layout plans, Elevations, Sections throughout Architectural Design Concept, Town Planning, and Design Development.
- Producing architectural 3D visualization, illustrative works, communication materials, and graphics for professional presentations and reports.
- Applying regulations and codes of practice such as National Construction Code (NCC), Residential Development Standards (ResCode), Apartment Design Guidelines for Victoria (BADS), Carpark Requirement, Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) by integrating into architectural working drawings and design responses.
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings, presentations, and briefings to define the scope of work.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality control.
- Reporting and assisting the Directors in conceptual design and feasibility studies.
- Studying project sites through constructing site analysis comprising environment sources, community data, existing infrastructure, and community data to ensure compliance with existing conditions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Calculating project costs and estimating time scales.
- Staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
- Fostering the development of creative ideas and deliverables.
Qualifications, education, experience, and abilities required:

- A relevant Bachelor degree
Experience/ Knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Salary
Below is the annual base salary to be paid, plus superannuation contributions made at the level prescribed by the Superannuation Guarantee laws, or any laws that replace them.
Annual base salary is: $70,000-$80,000 + superannuation of 11% .
