What you’ll do 

The Test Manager will be the point of contact for the delivery. You will be the hands-on architect looking after scoping, test planning, estimations, reviewing test strategy and approach and signing off. On top of this, you will assign daily tasks for the team, do defect and environment management.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.
• Perform a Tooling POC and identify fit for purpose tools.
• Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment
• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of test deliverables
• Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle 
• Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies 
• Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution
• Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives 
• Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable 
• Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date
• Create test cases based on system documents and flow charts to ensure that the entire system is validated; this includes the execution of Happy Path user flow as well as discovering edge cases and potential error scenarios 
• Assist in planning of test locations, test scope, and test cases by applying specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products, and previous known bugs
• Document the execution of test cases and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix

Here’s what you need

• Relevant years of experience/expertise in test management
• Hands on experience in open source and commercial tools
• Demonstrated experience in Automation framework development from scratch
• Ability to create or define test strategy for an enterprise program
• Experience in Zephyr or Xray and ‍ API stubbing in WireMock
• Demonstrated ability to interact with internal management team and external clients using strong and communication skills
