- Assist in broking system processing, preparation of insurance documentation, and file management
- Handle new business and policy renewal preparation, quotation documentation, claims management, and policy documentation/file audits
- Assist in end-of-month requirements and debtors’ collection under the guidance of the Branch Manager
- Develop relationships with Underwriters and Insurance professionals
- Collaborate with the team for successful business operations
- Taking client calls / queries and redirecting them to appropriate client manager
- Provide the highest level of customer support to client
- Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
- Degree qualification or higher within the past 3 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong team-based orientation and ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- COVID-19 vaccination
