Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer in our ANZ business, your impact will be delivering major, cutting edge projects across Urban Development. Our Urban Development project portfolio spans master-planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses, retirement villages, industrial, commercial, civic and public infrastructure projects.
Our clients are varied and diverse and include developers looking to maximise their land's development, government agencies creating or improving public infrastructure and community spaces, and institutional and corporate owners expanding their portfolio or refurbishing existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
We are seeking talented Graduates who:
- Have recently completed or are in their final year of a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Have exposure and/or interest in urban/land development.
- Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Have Fantastic organisation and coordination skills, dynamic and motivated to get involved across a multitude of different projects
- Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders, authorises, clients and contractors at all levels
