We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Graduate Consultant to join our amazing team of Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to develop their Consulting skillset in a fun and flexible environment. As the Graduate Consultant, you will embark on a structured Graduate Program, supported by a team of highly skilled Consultants who will inspire and encourage you on your professional development journey.

WHO ARE YOU?
As our superstar Graduate Consultant, you will work with our team of Consultants to deliver support across a range of HR and Employment/Industrial Relations processes and strategies, enhancing our client’s experience whilst mitigating the risk to their business.
The successful applicant will be a passionate ambassador for FiveSeven, providing exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to support our team of Consultants and their clients.
This role would ideally suit a recent Business, Employment Law or HR Graduate or current student who is due to graduate in the next 6 months.
To get specific, this role will call for someone who demonstrates:
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Exceptional written communication skills;
- Adaptable, well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, and also be an enthusiastic team player
- A positive, can-do attitude, creative, fun and energetic;
- Willingness to learn, grow, develop and be an integral part of the team;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times;
- Have just completed or be working towards a qualification in Business, Employment Law and/or Human Resource Management.
