The DTI Graduate Program aims to develop and grow capability across a diverse range of skills, so Graduates are empowered to take ownership of their future.
Our 2-year program integrates professional, personal, and technical development so Graduates complete the program with a well-rounded skillset to move forward in their career. Our Managers are industry leaders and they will guide you to experience a variety of functions, teams, challenges.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be in your final year of your degree or have graduated within 24 months from your graduation date at the time of application.
- Be based in Perth, WA and hold relevant work rights.
- Completed or completing studies in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Management disciplines.
